LIGHT A CANDLE

And I will light a candle for you

To shatter all the darkness

and bless the times we knew

Like a beacon in the night

The flame will burn bright

and guide us on our way

Oh today I light a candle for you.

The seasons come and go

And I'm weary from the change

I keep on moving on

You know it's not the same

And when I'm walking all alone

Do you hear me call your name

Do you hear me sing the songs

we used to sing?

You filled my life woth wonder

You touched me with surprise

Always saw that something

special deep within your eyes

And through the good times and the bad

We carried on with pride

I hold onto the love

and life we knew.

Janette, Pat, Cynthia & Atrinette Casas

Our girls miss you and wish you were here for Father's Day - I know that Cynthia considered you like a godfather, helping her take her first steps, buying her first pair of Air Jordon's and always being there if she needed a helping hand.Although Atrinette didn't know you as long she thought you were pretty special as we all did. With your great smile and contagious laugh! It will never be the same without you!

Your own daughter is so beautiful and loves you to pieces - she will always remember her daddy because you are so UNFORGETTABLE!!! To one of the best father's there could ever be on earth - May God keep you and know you were an angel on earth before he brought you to heaven to get your wings!

Pat, Janette, Cynthia & Atrinette

Happy Birthday - We Miss You!! Although you are no longer here with us, we want to celebrate the life you had and blessed us with.

Pat and I will raise a big glass of SoCo to you and let you know we are thinking of you!

I'm glad we have an angel in our corner to look after us - Please know that we will do our best to help your family.

Alex took pride in everything he did. One example was back in high school when Patrick and Alex were in ROTC together, they both didn't get the shiny patent leather shoes that everyone else had. When they reported to ROTC and Patrick looked at Alex's shoes and they were shinier then the shiny patent leathers the others had - Pat asked Alex how he did it - and Alex replied with a little elbow grease. Pat tried to do what Alex did but could never match the shine of Alex's shoes. Alex always shined brighter than any other throughout his life in whatever he did and it was a joy to be around him and to have known him made us the lucky ones. Thank you Alex for touching my husband's life - he loved you like a brother! You were meant to be a protector of humanity.
